Working under strict deadlines, while maintaining a creative spirit requires digital talent. Today, that’s sometimes hard to find due to the extreme competition in the digital landscape.

Employer branding

Multimedium needed help with their employer branding and approached Marketing FiZZ. Together, we identified the core values of the company and gained an understanding of the ‘perfect’ digital profile. With our insights, a strategy was implemented to attract Multimedium’s new family members.

We immediately saw that Multimedium is a great team. We wanted to show this with a fun corporate video. For this we made a scenario, called our cameraman and warned the team to wear their best outfit!

Campaign

Of course, the aim of the employer branding campaign was to attract suitable candidates. The video, the photos and matching content made sure that leads were generated to the website. Here, interested candidates could test in a Quickscan whether they fit in the team. We communicated all this in a funny and fluent tone-of-voice, something that fits Multimedium perfectly.

We organised a photoshoot of which the photos are used on Multimedium’s website and social media.
